Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced

Yoga is one of the six basic components of Indian philosophy and contains various mental and physical exercises. It aims for inner harmony, self-responsibility and accordance. On the spiritual level, yoga also signifies the connection of the individual and universal consciousness. Regular exercise has an effect not only on the physical, but also on the mental constitution. Your mind will become clear, calm and even-tempered. Yoga helps you to focus on one single action and thus to live in the moment. In our daily lives we often only function instead of being really present. Practicing yoga and meditation help us to act more consciously. I teach a cheerful, powerful and precise Hatha Yoga. The exact positioning of the body based on the teaching of BKS Iyengar helps to cure and prevent injuries. This form of yoga draws on the traditional yoga knowledge and harbors an immense potential to get in contact with the Most High.

I offer yoga classes at beginners as well as at advanced levels, for groups and individuals.

Your happiness is your greatest gift to others.

  • Yama: contact with others
  • Niyama: contact with oneself
  • Asana: body postures
  • Pranayama: breath control
  • Pratyahara: retraction of the senses
  • Dharana: concentration
  • Dhyana: meditation
  • Samadhi: experiencing the self
